We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused or are in breach of these terms.
Beta Status
Bopter is provided in beta form. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may experience temporary interruptions or technical issues.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free during the beta period.

You retain ownership of the content you create, including band names, gig details, and other data you enter.
By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- We reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users
- We decide to discontinue the service
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where practical.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service.
